The Dev post has nothing to do with it. He was most likely pissed becausesomeone MAY have already broken the compression on the new file format in just a few months.

I'm looking for three patch notes:

1) Premium/Flawless pearl drops fixed
2) Chat tabs fixed
3) Knight Trials re-opened

Plus a zillion other little annoying bugs that haven't been fixed since the CU and before that.

1) I think that's a server side thing, not sure.
2) what's broken about 'em?
3) that's already in the .tre files, just the old ones. when they're open that'll probably be a server side thing too

The compression has been broken since a few hours after we knew of the change actually...new compression does take longer to extract though.
