Thread: HEY SOE LISTEN UP.....this is what we are thinking...
this is why soe fails at hosting a game with such a strong fan base. Its no secret that star wars fans are just as or not more hard core than trekkers, (trekkies for old school). I really beleive that soe and lucas producers thought that, yeah, we will loose some players and the game haters wont last a month and we can shove anything down the newbies throats. Well soe, its 6 months later and we are still here. You have no clue who u are really dealing with, people who have been part of the star wars families since 1977, the sons and daughters of those same original fans, and now close to having grand children of the original fans. We actually loved to watch the movies over and over, but with your incompetance in running this game, your money hungry penny pinching ideas, and your complete lack of converting this from a real swg canon to an eq2 game has not only kept people online, but has made the consolidate against you.
We have more than an investment in this game, we all have lucas toys, posters, and memerobilia in our houses...how much eq2 items are out there in peoples homes...none...you might not worry too much about the swg guys that quit, but when they are taking the complete package accounts with them maybe you can see how much they really hate what you have destroyed. If this is george's way of closing out star wars off your books you are letting soe do a good job. Yeah, probably no more movies from you so are you thinking that there should be no more online games of swg? I for one think its such a shame.

i agree with you, we are die hard fans and been that way for a long time..maybe they are taking advantage of that..
i also like to thatnk the person who commented on the long term solutions..if they would just tell us where they were going with the game maybe we would all be a little more patient, or at least understand the changes...

This is hopeless. The only alternative I see is to let the game die so SOE loses SW franchise. Then someone else will step in and take all over again from scratch. It won't be hard to do better than SOE.
