geez it means starter kit- as in the things i need In REAL LIFE, to play the game. an empire divided (the core game) and Jump to Lightspeed (space game and travel) the things you would buy your friend for their birthday to "get them started" - they might have decided on a generic shelf name so they didn't screw up like they did with T.T.E. - my store still sells "the total experience" i have one in spitting distance of me... it is not really the "Total experience" since it doesn't have the new expansion in it just rage of the wookies.

I presume then it would include a list of all the nerfs since the Big Bang of nerfs - the CU - hit? Ooops, no.....shipping is far too low for it to contain a book of that magnitude...
