In honor ofthe members of the hardest earned profession around. You jedi are the most looked down, harrassed, and hated class in the galaxy. You have Bounty Hunters perpetually stalking you, the Empire always a breath away, and other players hounding you every day you wake up. I do not envy your popularity with the populace.

But the truth is, I admire you; though I am not within your ranks, I have always wanted to be. However, since these changes are following fast on the heels (or fingers) of the devs and their keyboards of injustice, I know for certain that I will never become a true jedi, like you are. Unfortunately, as I have no time left after college, homework, and my job, I have no time to unlock my FS slot. I know all of you jedi can fondly remember the day you finally unlocked your jedi characters, the pride you felt, the sense of accomplishment at completing some of the most demanding quests in the game, and the joy at joining the most elite (difficult to attain) profession in the game.

I hate to say it, but I am saddened at the prospect of never truly becoming a jedi, and I do say that it does deserve to be the best class, on the basis that it is the hardest to get. I agree that the jedi class seems to be overpowered, duh, it is called "The Force" for a reason, I suggest if you want to whine about it you should try to get on the giving side, not the taking side. I know that I certainly would like to earn a spot on that side. I can even fondly remember a time when I looked up to jedi with a heroic admiration. I have met many jedi in my day, and I can honestly say, those jedi are a credit to SWG, they never spoke a word in anger to anyone who did not deserve it, never raised a saber against good, and never walked away from those in need.

You are a class to be admired and respected. While it is true that there are those who have abused the game, and abused players, the majority of you are honest, kind hearted people. I hope to meet many of you on the frontlines for good, and I hope to fight by your sides in the name of Galactic Freedom and Justice.

This is for the most decent, and honorable profession in the game, and to the members who made you that way, it has been an honor to know so many great jedi, and so many great people.

Goodbye

and...

May The Force Be With You

Wow, i'm almost speechless.

Through the nerfs and hate, I had almost forgotten whatit felt like when I unlocked. Thank you for the sentiments, spoken like a true Jedi.

Thank you so much! That was truly warm and heart-felt.

May the Force be with you always...
