Everything here is owned by a private company. You agree to terms of use each and every time you login to one of their services. Freedom of speech has NOTHING to do with this. Freedom of speech is a tool set forth in the Bill of Rights to address grievances of and to the government, not to SOE. In the end, its their ball and they can do with it what they want.
