I will say that "community relations" in any type of business isn't a nice one, this just takes it one step further.


I just want to go on record here that I have great respect for the CR staff, but more often than not they are the ones who get sent to the fire. "Don't blame the messanger, unless you can't find someone else" is basically the motto.


Don't think that I'm saying you do a bang up job, alot of times I read the announcements and just shake my head at what I read, but again you guys are just told what to write. I'm always curious if you ever get something to post and you(the CR staff)think to yourselves "I really don't want to tell them this, they are going to go balistic".


And after the past few weeks of what has been going on I can see why Tiggs wanted a vacation.

One can only hope Tiggs was fired, horrible horrible customer relations. There are plenty of CSRs that are more helpful who I'm sure would enjoy the pay increase.

Either way, it seems that TH gets to announce the fun stuff, while the nerfs are saved for Tiggs to announce....

Anything Tiggs does is subject to approval by SOE and LucasArts so while I may tend to agree that relations could be better, I also know it is not her fault.



SOE doesn't own this game so they don't care about it. LucasArts doesn't ruhn it they gavce to it SOe to run so they don't care about it.

dude leave TIGGS alone.. Sure this game sux when it comes to comunication between the devs and the players, But its Not her fault Only... EX: If the devs dont tell her what they are going to do, she cant tell us get it?
