Sadly swg was supposed to be a place where we could play a jedi but its not.
Their needs to be a huge jedi update patch like the SL just received but after 2 years I dont think it will happen.
Get in line. Ranger, then smuggler, then anything else first. Jedi is likely pretty close to last on the list.

I do not take credit for thoose changes, but I am ofcourse extremely happy they where finally made. And deep inside I do not believe you are too unhappy that thoose things where fixed. At least not if youre still a MHealer.
After the CU, most Jedi abilities where still not upgraded to work with the new system. It appears as if the Dev's have systematically rewritten power for power since then. Upgrading the code to the new system may be both a boon and a curse. For Force Armor and Total Heal it was a Boon. For Avoid Incap and Force Heal it was a curse.
If there's anybody to thank for this change, it was SonGouki for pushing for it. Beyond the correspondant I believe we are completely ignored, while our correspondant is only partially ignored.

For those few who don't seem to undestand or misread my post...
1. I liked the forced PVP BH hunting Jedi scenario....I said it kept me on my toes...I even had fun the night I got 5 bh hits in 90mins...
2. I think Xp loss should be turned off...as well as Xp gain...on Mustafar...or turn off Jedi Marks on Mustafar...and Xp gain for Jedi...
3. There are just way to many issues with the Forced PVP system at the moment...and allowing griefing of new content by SOE is wrong
4. Try and read before you open your mouth and put your foot in...
5. New loot clothing with Prof mods should be wearable by all.
What I didn't say...
1. There should be no visibility at all.
2. Mustafar should become the new grind planet
3. I hate bh visits and don't want any
4. I had no idea what it meant to be a Jedi before I went Jedi.
The people who jump in here and turn the thread around to become something else make me laugh, how self-serving. Most reasonable people can understand that the forced PVP aspect is in shambles at the moment. There are so many issues that are well defined whether people agree or not...what I was saying was turn it off for the new content....the BH can still get his mark and pay..and the Jedi can then just go back to enjoying the new content....
To the guy I told to beat it...ya beat it...out of the thread that is...that first post of yours in here clearly showed you either didn't read the original post all the way through or you didn't understand it.

I've been playing since launch and have developed my same character for all that time thru many professions and Jedi was the next logical step. If I am to continue playing and want no grief, I guess I am suppose to retire my Jedi I have 2+ years invested in and start over from scratch with my alt instead of using that character to support my Jedi. Makes sense to me....
Jedi is messed up due to poor decisions and execution of ideas. It is now the equivalent of any other elite profession, it just takes a lot more time and grinding to get there. PvP has been pretty messed upand unbalanced since day 1 and the CU did not really fix any of that. PvP should be based on player verse player skill and not who has the bigger or better bat.

Thats a load of stinky crap. Jedi is the product of not being able to police themselves and follow what 'was intended'. Granted the devs should never have bowed to the wishes of the whiny playerbase, but the rest falls entirely on the professions shoulders.

Oh contrare. You can't expect a playerbase from 10 - 50 year olds to behave themselves.Most when given the opportunity, will take advantage of any edge they can take. It is up to the developers to create a systemto prevent people from having to police themselves. Thus poor decisions and execution of ideas.
I like the risk - keep it on. If they turned off the xp loss we would have exploiters selling their Jedi corpses to BH's for a cut in the money. It would be a joke, and then everyone would be rich inflating our economy. Then they would have to stop player bounties, then half the damn BH's would REALLY be pissed cuz that is why they play the game is to kill players in that fashion. It's nice you want something done because you feel unsafe, but ultimately what can be done? Who knows - try your best to keep the vis down when you can, and make sure you have FR1 at least...lol.
Any BH's that want a challenging Jedi that won't whine at your feet - IGN - Antario of Bria - Come and get some!
i still think the best idea is jedi pvp enabled / disabled just like sf / combat.
if you are pvp enabled, you can be on the terms.
Wait till next week when the Jedi who did not preorder and get the skiff land on mustafar. We will hear how it is not fair that they cannot FR over the lava without dying and the Lava needs to be turned off for them. Or their lava flea needs to be sped up. This is what will happen as there are jedi here that believe this game revolves around them....Guess what peeps it doesnt!
I have a jedi, but I take the good with the bad. He is NOT my main and never will be. I have accepted that the actions of others have directed the way the Jedi profession goes. Even with a Jedi, I believe the worst thing they did was get rid of sabre tefs. If i was stupid enough to light my sabre in public, then I deserved to get my butt handed to me.

I cannot believe that there are people on this board that actually believe that they need thier own special cloner. If your going to do that, then I need a factional recruiter put on so I can go after the Imp that forgot to drop SF before coming.

Get over it yourself . You are not the end all be all of this game. If all the digruntled jedi left, so be it. Whoever is left will playon with or without you.

well i was gonna flame but not worth the time this is his second post in the jedi forms the other was how he liked the idea of killing AFK Jedi. So why bother.
