Dude... its a decent saber, but nothing to brag about.


After far as "Good" sabers go, it suck.

Force cost is way to high, action is average, Max damage is a little above average, Speed blows.

Is the DPS shown using a LS template x 4 x 4?

i think thats a ubur saber only has teal crystal cud use a banes heart tbh also its adk'd ofc

difference is... i got all these myself.... b4 i was even jedi.... we all knew pearls were gonna be difficult to get since when cu hits so we prepared.... and i prepared and came out on top....with 12 decent tuned pearls.... if u had planned ... thenn u wud of had gud pearls aswelll.... but most jedi now are all jedi since CU.... because it was made easier most of them never even thought of having jedi pre cu .... they shud of planned...

We all knew that killing the Krayts would be more difficult, what people did not guess was that they would not drop the qualities of pearls that you have been fortunate to loot. With my Jedi, I took my time over 8 months (although I have been playing for 2 years) and never got on the terms once, worked with people tobuild 1metropolis by Fort Tusken, and ensured the continued existence of another by the Krayt Graveyard. Both of which are now hotspots for Krayt Hunters and group grinders alike.The city by Fort Tusken was the place to PvP with its rich number of bases to take out, so much so that we had the dubious honour of one of the most active PvP Rebel guilds on the server, setting up their own town right next to ours! Whereas other players were grinding their Jedi, I stayed smuggler for ages - I think about 7 months so that I could continue to replace the bases that we lost. So because I and others took the time to enjoy the game in this way, we should not be able to loot the things that you were able to do - or what about the new characters that start up today - a year down the line, are they not allowed either to loot them. How can these people prepare? What makes you better than these people - because you bought the game before they did. Their money is just as good as yours!

People are not asking for an easy ride - just the same opportunity that you were able to get.

I agree the base saber you cannot craft with all 3 stats comparable to a pre CU saber - we havn't the xp points to achieve this even with all the best resources and a +2 suit. But your saber is really more a pre CU quality saber more than a post CU - the pearls making the big difference here. And my saber is not all that bad on the pearl front - with 4 pre CU premiums myself. They are just not perfect ones and like every Jedi here, I am also on the quest to craft the perfect saber.

Tell me - if pearls of premium quality are not dropping anymore and there are no more that people are selling - how are thesenew playersable to buy them? They can't - pearls that have been tuned cannot be used by other Jedi so they strike out here as well. The only difference between you and a person who starts on the glowie path today and eventually gets a fully templated Jedi is that you bought the game before he or she did. Yet they are not able to try for the same pearls that you were fortunate to get. The NS bracer and Reb commando helmet although nice, are not essential. A Jedi's light saber is (unless of course they go saberless). This determines the power of the Jedi, so it is very important indeed.

There is a difference in pearls in that the higher quality pearls do have a higher chance in tuning to the levels that all Jedi would like to get. Tiggs has said this in her post if you read it. You have seen the power of your saber compared to the power that post CU Jedi are able to achieve. You know that if the FRS should be a 1 vs 1 PvP tournement that you will eat that person alive. Don't kid yourself that this is going to happen - it won't, I guarantee it. SOE has already had one mockery of a system - they do do not want another and I believe they will be giving all Jedi the chance to attain the no 1 position. If sabers are so out of whack to prevent this from happening, they will bring things in line (look at CH, CM nerfing and closer to home Jedi, from what it used to be). Things tend to get balanced down rather than up, at least from past experience, so I would be careful not supporting your fellow Jedi- in the end you will only be harming yourself ...
