This is simply a VERY bad idea. It has been presented before. The only way I would ever go for this, is if the the BH had something just as valuable to lose.
If you want to slow down the PVP of Knights in Space ports? Bring back Saber Tef in major cities.

sure. let me loot all their cash they are raking in from low level jedi kills, their badass weapons and armor and any loots they have on them too. Then i am down for the loot fest. I will simply use a crappy saber from now on

I would put it out there that there are a lot of the newer jedi that would pay 100 to 125 mil for mine and it isn't near the best around. To get 4 pearls with -8 and lower fc and 118+ damage, yeah i think there are people would would happily pay 100 mil for it.
