Geez some people can't comprehend plain english. Take all the crystals and pearls out of your saber and look at the bare stats of the hilt. It is impossible to create a hilt post curb that is as good as a pre curb crafted one. It is also possible to have a saber created post curb that now can no longer be matched. People who created a max damage or max speed saber before the final balance pass ended up with 100 SAC with another maxed stat. This can no longer be accomplished.
If two people had four 120/120 -9.9 pearls and a bane's heart and person A had a pre-curb saber that saber would be better then person B's who crafted it post curb using the exact same resources and had an additional 2 points of experimentation.
