I took the survey, here was my answer to the last question asked:


Yes, however, since the CU the the quality of the gameplay has decresed considerably! THE CSRs are incompetent and generally lack professionalism and knowlegde of the game! My biggest gripes thus far are:
1) The customer relations are now at an all time LOW! I can't remeber the last time I saw a dev or Community Rep give pertent worthwhile information. They constantly ignore our oppinions, ideas and thoughts. There are very worthwhile ideas on the forums that noone cares about. We. as a communiyt, are constantly ignored. It's a wonder we continue to pay!
2)Bugs and exploits never really get fixed! They just simply introduce new content. With the new content( not content that we want just that the devs and everyone else just seem to think we want!) come more bugs( that is understanable, I just want them fixed in an expedient manner).


If you want to make this game great again, START listening to your dedicated fan base! 10,000 people can come up with soem great ideas/thoughts. Take our ideas and implement when feasible. The only reason I play anymore is because I enjoy playing a medicore game with awesome people! As it is now, More and more of my friends are quitting because of the things I've listed above! Either start earning my $15 a month or I'll find other ways to spend it and never do bussiness with SOE again! Please, I beg of you, start listening to people and even if you don't listen to any of our ideas let us know that you atleast hear us!
I've spent more than 700+ days playing this game. At this rate I won't spend another 30 days playing!

I did something similar on that question only. I put, "I want an expansion called, "We will no longer nerf any profession and promise to learn game code so we don't break content every patch, luv, the Devs"

I took it, haha, hope this gets to LA. Since they haven't received results from this survey in awhile, a sudden rush of surveys from a dead survey will surely spike on the company radar and get to LA.

Old survey, but Ill give it a bump in memory of how good the game platform was at one time and how much better the game would be now if only it was never raped by the Sony EQ2 meat stick. The Combat Downgrade is like a donkey with a set of nuts dragging the ground 3 meter behind it. It is disgusting, but you cant help but wonder how something lives with something so wrong, so you watch it walk by.
