My alt made a saber with all but one box in excellence and then put 2 quality and one good power crystal and one premium pearl and got a max damage of 582 or something like that lol. still playing around with it but what is the best saber to go for or does it matter i really like the dual blades lol

4th gen is the best.
The other posted asked for pre-crystal stats
It depends what you put your experimentation into.
I have a little lower damage because i experimented in Efficiency for FC and AC
3.42
145-241
FC 48
AC 95
Also when you quote your DPS, you should quote base DPS, as people's modified DPS will modify greatly whether they have MLS or 0404 or another combo.

That’s close to what I got on an efficiency saber. My best was mod speed 2.02, damage146-243, FC 48, AC 95.
My damage saber is mod speed 2.02, damage 157-264, FC 53, AC 126.

Maybe this has been asked but my search didnt really find the answer im looking for. I am using a third generation pre-CU saber. By stats on it are higher then any 4th generation i can make and comparing it to some of my friends that are using 4th generation sabers its as powerful if not more powerful then theirs. However seems to me my hit points are lower. Even with my DPS and min and max higher. I dont get it. My problem now is even if i switch to a fourth generation saber i dont wanna destroy my pre CU saber because of my anti-decay kit. Any feedback?

What do you mean exactly? Im not sure I understand the problem you're having.
Are you saying you dont hit as hard (not as much damage with a single hit) with the 3rd gen as you do with the 4th gen?
My friend also has a 3rd gen with better *numbers* but it drains force like crazy compared to a post-CU crafted saber.

dps is not how much dmg you deal per hit it is how moch dmg you hit per sec so mayby you have a faster 3gen then his 4gen but his have better dmg and thats why he do more dmg per hit

I want to rebuild my saber and its should I experiment on the special attack cost?Does that effectthe standard HAM or does is affect the HAM, and force cost?

The "Force Cost" on the saber is what determines the force cost multiplier of a special, like wise the Special Attack Cost is what calculates the action costs (pretty self-explanitory). Pub19 will reduce the amount of action/force consumed for specials and the default saber hit, so I can't be sure what to tell you, as in I don't know how much you should experiment on efficiency vs. speed (to get an extra boost in DPS). If you want to have the longest fight time, I'd say experiment fully to efficiency, but this update will allow for speed modifications without a large suffer to action/force costs.

I have a 12 point suit and put max points into speed and rest into SAC. Now most i can achieve is a mod speed of 1.7 and base of about 3.18 and a sac of 108. How do you guys get you sabers so fast and with a low sac. I have best resources around use only quality stuff and great or amazing successes. I also use all the right food etc etc
Is it the kryat pearls that are making these so fast ?

Pearls have a speed modifier on them, some better than others. Put them in and the sabers speed should increase.

It isnt possible to make a good saber anymore and those ppl who have a good fast saber are most likely pre-CU and thats all there is to say
