Without ADKs those Hilts would almost be gone by now..and nobody would need to "balance" anything.
And there is no way Pre-CU jedi are gonna wanna give them up if the alternative is a lesser quality. Balance it so that those crafted now are equal.
We shouldn't be punished for unlocking before a certain date, and no one should be punished for unlocking after.

Agreed ... it should be 100SAC upon assemby so they have the equal saber hilt as pre-CU.
