Bad comparison - Tiggs doesn't own SOE, she was employed by them. Your job isn't the same as Tiggs. She could only do as told by her superiors. You have no superior, so you choose what you want to say, and say it.
Tiggs was given crap, and was expected to convince us that it tastes like honey. An impossible job. You, once again, are wrong.

How do you know she didn't stand up for us before CU1? You think she has the power to stop it? All I'm saying is, maybe she got tired of shoveling the sh!t she knew we did NOT want, gave her opinion of it, and was terminated.
It must be so easy to sling sh!t at someone for not doing a job you couldn't do yourself.

Have any of you been a forum moderator before? Have you had to endure keeping the peace amongst 1000's of people posting hate/flame threads all the time? Tiggs did what she had to do.She did it to the best of her abilities.She was directed by higher ups to answer questions the way she did. They have their own set of rules/policies to follow not your.To sit here and say she did not do her job ornot qualified to do it is completely wrong. You people have alot of growing up to do if you feel that she was not fair to you. She gave you all the info she was ALLOWED to give you. She did all she could to help if it was possible.
Y'all direct all your anger at Tiggs and GarVa alot of the times and you know what? They aren't developers. They have no eff'ing control over what is put out and what is not, what is allowed to be done to help and what is not. IMHO she left the job of her own free will because she got fed up with "babysitting" all the whiners like you and acting as the SOE flak jacket. It is a rotten position to be put into and I'm sure you wouldn't survive it. I was one at one time and it is a horrid experience. You want to sit there and spend as much time as you can helping people, but, your hands are tied because of some dumba$$ regulation/policy that limits power.

As a previous business owner myself, I agree on public relations being a must for a successful business. Tiggs' job was to relay information from the developers and vice versa but the real problem considering public relations started when Garva made that "Vote of no confidence" thread which backfired, SOE clearly lacks proper communication with the customers which is why we hear lots of b*tching on a daily basis, and the ever continually changing game that causes loss of long term players each time.
I do not know about you but I prefer keeping long term customers rather than a customer that comes in and buys one thing and never comes again unless they want that same item again. This new system will wear new players out in a few months since combat is boring and questing to level 90 will remain with nothing else to do other than PvP afterwards.

We at least owe her to leave her alone if we do not wish her well, I for my part wish her well and hope she finds a better, mabe more grateful job, than this one.

Actually her sig is a rip off of an old RPG'er saying which could be copyrighted about as much as "Happy Birthday". So your blessed JONES SODA would have as much ground to stand on as SOE does with the player base

Many companies don't disclose the reason for an employee leaving due to privacy considerations.
