I just love sneaky games, and Sam Fisher is hot in that suit.I am sitting with Myst V now. Not as nice as the prequels, but I will still finish it.On my shelf I have Dungeon Siege 2, an adventure game called Indigo Prophecy, and Dragonshard, a D&D strategy game like WarCraft III.I still havnt tested Sims 2 Nightlife. In other words... I am in hibernation from SWG... Even if I have preordered the expansion I am unlikely to even log on my character the upcoming month. I need to ensure that it's not open season on Jedi, and that there's some way Jedi can enjoy the new expansion before I log on again.
basically you want reward with no risk.....at this rate stop being jedi pls.
Tell me what our reward is now? A swordsman can out dmg us a CM can out heal us.

your canceling over this..thats really sad..there has been worse patchs than this,
No, there haven't. This is pure unadulterated garbage. This will turn into snare wars. The changes mean that ANY melee class will be kited with NO chance to get a single hit in OR a chance to disengage. Rancor puke will only go so far since ranged weapons also have their snares (this takes up valuable space that could be used to other mandatory drink buffs, putting melee toons at yet more of a disadvantage).
Ranged characters already get an 80m head start and can pound for the entire time. Without at least a chance to burst run/force run to catch up/make up for terrain negotiation mods there will be little chance to catch up. With Rancor puke, the melee toon is lacking in another buff that will turn the battle in favor of the ranged. Without it, it's a 2 minute CM snare with an essentially 65% speed debuff that will end the battle.
What do ranged characters give up in comparison vs. melee? They have to get their armor Armor Break sliced once for a permanent "buff".
Are the Devs incompetant, biased or both?

If, by reward with no risk you mean wanting a Master level skill to not be cancelled out by a novice level skill, then yeah, thats what I want.
I will survive.

btw, a bit off-topic...but that game is awesome. My only recomendation is to try EVERYTHING. and make sure you pass all the rythym challenges. The game makes a lot more sense if you do everything.
