Its not your job to determine who is trolling and who isn't. If its really that upsetting to you, use the report clicky. I doubt they'll actually do anything about his post because his feeling of people being inferior, as arrogant as it might sound to people, isn't really trolling, nor is it attacking. Using 'idiot' maybe, but inferior, not quite. You might not like it, but simply giving an opposing view or thinking he's better isn't an attack. Settle down.

A moderator might not see it as trolling, but he is degrading my friends, some of them who have worked alot harder than he ever did, and if he is attacking my friends, he is attacking me.

I often do use the report function, and I also sometimes suggest a temporary ban for repeated abuse. The moderators have the final word about it.
The Jedi board have grown into some kind of "general" board, since we touch almost every part of the game, from crafting to healing to pve to the gcw. Reporting off-topic posts and trolling is one way the jedi community can help keeping the place clean.

And personally, if someone's an ***hole in my community, they ruin my reputation as well. So it's part of my Jedi duty to prevent bad seeds from growing. Things are bad enough as they are.

only reputation you got imo is the whiney jedi that can't face pre cu being more fun both in pvp and pve.

SoE sold out Jedi to keep the game alive becouse everybody said SWG lacked content.

Live with it.

Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

Um, I disagree with the part I highlighted in yellow. The real whiners who I consider responsible for watering Jedi down are the conventional-profession people who griped continuously and loudly about 'invincible' Jedi before the CU was developed. As a former pre-CU ranged Master Bounty Hunter, I saw it first hand.A big chunk of that whining had a valid basis, but the devs have gone WAAAAY overboard with the watering-down process. It's gone beyond "watering down," and reached the point thatit nowfeels more like we've been tossed overboard and are floundering in a veritable ocean of nerf-water, between all the skill nerfs and the outright removal of vital resources. (***AHEM*** MEMO TO DEVS: Krayts aren't spawning on Bria. At all. Anywhere. Please fix theservers you broke or sabotaged -- the ones in the region of the Krayt Graveyard and surrounding area.)

All of which is to say, yes, the Jedi Forum community needs to band together and work for the betterment of our profession as a whole, rather than bickering over a detail or two of a particular profession. The simple reality is that an entire profession is being progressively mangled into unplayability, and the odd "I'm Still Uber" braggart needs to wake up and smell the coffee.

I unlock pub 6 and have seen all the stages of grinding and bitchin through... I will say though, any jedi that groud his current temp (first temp as well) during the double xp week, most defin had it easier than anyone. I mean I ground two of my buddies from Start to Finish (double mastery as well on one of them) in 2 days! 2freakin days to grind a fully skilled jedi...I know there is ppl who had the same situation and then feel like they have a reason to **edit** about the prof... IMO, I think that is crap, and yes we are partially seperated cause the old schoolers dont like to hear that, since they put so much more effort into their character.

I dunno tho, we are all the same now, except for pearl drops. I do however think that was an awesome idea to take away prems so it gives older ones that had it harder some kind of since they are loved. But the only bad thing that came from it was, only the rich were able to buy them while the poorer crowd just sat back and watched. An idea to fix it tho: Take CU and burn it, then resort back to old schoolin days with prem drop and 300-500k hams on the krayts.

Well the bottom line is fun. And if you missed the opportunity to play a pvp ready Jedi pre-CU then sadly, you missed the best experience this game has/had to offer.

MAKE JEDI MORE POWERFULL just because you think its a bad post doesnt mean you need to make a 5 page report on how stupid that person is and for gods sake please please please do not grill young pads asking about templates/skills.

I just have to say that I know quite a few Pre cu jedi on the intrepid server. All the jedi I know that are pre cu are awsome people. I really tip my hat to them. Because if it was not for them I would not be a finished templeted jedi. I would have stayed my pre cu templete master swordsman / tkm / master brawler. The pre cu jedi and a few post cu jedi helped me out tons. I really respect the pre cu jedi for what they had endured, and what they still endure. My point is that regardless that a player is pre cu or post cu does not really matter WE ALL made it to jedi by our own choices. The jedi population needs to stay together to get the best for our profession, stick together to get the changess that help out the jedi profession and add content that will help us play in the community along with the other players. I do understand that jedi is a hard life, but this game was introduced at first you could play any profession that you choose and how you choose <ie: pve, pvp , groups, single >. Please stick together so we can all get what changes to make the game and the jedi profession much better so everyone can have fun. Again I really want to thank all the pre cu jedi and a few post cu jedi that I know for all your continued support in helping out the younger generation of jedi. Hav fun out there and be safe.
