I saw another Jedi NPC who had one of these on AND a robe on so it is possible they STACK.

So looks like ther eis going to be alot of farming, lol and by the looks of it being bio-linked it will be tradeable. I can see it now, Auction Jedi Robe staring bid 500 mill with incraments of 5 10 mill lol.

No, you can not wear it over Padawan Robe.


Yes, you can wear it with other clothes.


+8 from this cloak, and +7 from other +1s = a +15 Force Regen outfit


Can only hit +13 with current setup of Padwan Robe and 3 +1s in Hat, Gloves, and Belt



Basically do not put any mods in a cloak if you a re building an outfit. I wish you could refit the color to balck though.

Can't you wear a bandolier as well? which means current setup you can hit +14 regen total
