Thread: Current Jedi Wishlist (Updated)
- since heals get mind/action costs, fine, but make master healer worth having. Perhaps a rez or AOE heal ability.
- force armor resistance should have been left alone to its original state, and adjust force cost from there.
- force weaken should have an armor break effect, not as strong as improved AB, but perhapd 20%-25%.
- force resist tree in Enhancer still needs some working on, resist state does not work nearly as well as Defender's state defense.
- lightsaber damage obviously still needs a small boost in damage.
- force intimidate needs to be able to stick more often and have a slightly higher intimidation effectiveness, somewhere around 30%-40%.
1. Both Sabers and Powers equally need DPS increase to be in line with other elite weapons. This includes elemental for both.
2. Non-exploitable and Fair FRS system that does not reward cheating and exploiting.
3. Master / Padawan relationship (See Glizmo's FRS document)
4. Emmersive fair visibility system (See my Visibility document)
5. Get some useful improvements to the healer profession, currently no reason to obtain more than 3000 to get by, definitely no reason to master it...

1) Saber min-max damage needs to be increased to that of other master level weapons.
2) Skill point cost on Jedi skill needs changed. With the event of CU and 5 vs 1 BH teams we need more force etc. Either that or FS skills can be revoked to clain more Jedi skills.
3) Action costs on healing needs to be removed. We already use it for special attacks. Jedi should't have to constantly watch all of their stat bars.
4) The BH systems needs looking. 5 vs 1(if it happens) is instant deat. We are supposedly only 1.5 times better so a max of 2 missions should be available.
5) Group visabilty needs a revamp so low level padawans can grind.

Pub 19 Changes, considered with reason. And not nerfed based on amount of cries.
Avoid Incap would be oblitterated, not balanced.
Power Attack, useless. Not a worthy lvl4 attack. (Unless MASSIVE damage increase)
Force Powers is just wrong.
It has:
* high force costs
* low damage
* can't move (stupid zip bar)
* can't get hit (stupid zip bar)
* slow as sin
1. FRS up and running
2. Powers mod for light side jedi.
3. Powers damage to be inline with ls damage.
4. The Devs stop listening to jedi complaining about other jedi tree being to powerful.
5. BH missions, 5v1 just not right atm.
1) Balance of defenses.-- Not having Defender is suicide, profs like rifleman etc have everything in one. Every combat prof gets certs for armor and defenses etc. The only way us jedi will get any proper defenses is by mastering Defender. Variety goes out the window. A system where Defender is something like mitigation, Enhancer is avoidance and LS is block would be great.
2) Working (effective) states. Stunwould be great ifit did whatits are supposed to, Blind could use a little upgrade aswell, it isnt really effective right now. All this might make the different LS trees more attractive
3) Working -SAC mods on Pearls... They are supposed to be there, and theyd help alot.
4) PROPER TESTING. Jedi accounts should be flagged in some way so they can go onto TC and acces the blue frogs for jedi templates. As it stands templates we've had to grind on for months can be changed on Test Center in a single patch and jedi who dont live on Bria and such will never know what hit them until its to late.
5) FRS, full template is end game right now.

First and foremost: The implementation of a Master/Aprentice relationship, free of visibility from each other, and BOTH have the ability to defend against incoming BH attacks. (not very good as a Role-play point of view that a group of BH's attack an aprentice, and all the Master can do is stand and watch it happen). This will give the Jedi a chance to still enjoy the MMORPG aspect of the game without disrupting the play of others.
2nd: I know that grouping for XP is an almost must with the CU, and asking for visibilty be removed from group members is a bit much to expect from the dev team who believe we should not have any interaction in this MMORPG. I will ask instead if we can have our XP gained per kill while solo ratio increased (IE, if grouped, the Jedi gains minimal xp, but if solo, the XP gained is increased to that or at least half of that of normal professions). This will encourage the padawans back into soloing by make grouping no longer a necessity, and make it feasable for them to do so. Yes, the grind is meant to be long. We can live with that, but the skill requirements per box is already signifigantly higher than that of normal professions, so the present cut in xp gained is like a "double tax."
3rd: The removal of Jedi from the GCW. I realize this is a very unpopular choice among us Jedi, but when we look at it game-wide, it is the best possible salution to much of the ant-Jedi hatred that we catch from non-Jedi Professions. As Jedi, we should not be soldiers, we should be hiding. We already have our own wars to fight, IE. Jedi vs. BH and Light vs. Dark. Taking Jedi out of the GCW will end the Jedi gank squads running thru starports killing each and every overt we find, and thus they (the ganked overts) will no longer have the need to demand we be brought down to their level. Should we have more power than other professions? I would like to believe so... but should we have the ability to abuse such power at the expense of other players' enjoyment? Absolutely not.
