OMG there is no end to how true this is. The little leet kiddies will always complain when they lose in PvP. They think they should win 100% of the time and will cry a river bigger than the Amazon and Nile put together and multiplied by 1000 for NERF after NERF after NERF.
The problem is that no matter how good they really are they will eventually lose. Unless your name is Rocky Marciano you will have at least onein the "L" column. Deal with it.

If you feel that way, drop your Jedi skills and regrind your template to a normal template. Nothing is stopping you, or any of the other posters in this thread that agree with you. If other classes are that much more appealing, there is absolutly no reason you can't grind out a regular profession character in a couple of days. I am enjoying my Jedi and will keep that character, thank you very much.

thats because you cannot drop padawan, any templete you make will be stuck with 24 FS skills that you cannot drop, which severely hampers any regular templete.

You know I have to agree with some of the post in this thread but to the OP I am not willing to give up my jedi to be a regular prof. I still have 2 accounts so if I want to play a regular prof I can just switch to my other account. The issue I see in all honesty is that jedi are not jedi anymore we are a regular prof. And no matter what we complain about that will not change. SOE has made it so that jedi is a sales point "Buy SWG and become a jedi" is what I get from their ads.
I think we have been nerfed to hell and back and a lot of us get happy as KRAKEN666 said when we get something small back in exchange for the multiple nerfs which IMHO is bs but hey what do I know I am just a sucker who pays to play starwars.
Jedi will not be going anywhere as long as SOE uses it as a selling point for the game and the popluation will just increase with the new players signing up to become jedi and they will b1tch and whine once they realize that jedi are not as powerful as the movies or books that is the way it is now and how it will contiue to be as long as SOE uses it as a sales point.
IMO I would just like to see them fix the issues and bugs that are in the game not only with Jedi but with all the profs. They need to quit listening to the suits that sit in an office and think they know what is best for the game. In the devs defence and I know I will probabaly get flamed for this but what the hell I am a developer and I can see some of the buricatice BS that they probabaly have to deal with. They are doing what they are told by the lazy non gaming suits that just think about the money and not the player base or the game.
Now dont get me wrong I also feel the devs have some responsability for the bugs and issues in the code they put out and they should be held responsible for those problems but all in all I can almost guarentee that you have a board room full of suits sitting there trying to figure out ways to make more money and then when they come up with these new ways they just tell the devs to implement them as fast as possible while also telling them "Hey we dont care if there are bugs just get the product out the door and we will fix it later".
You know its nice to see new content coming out for the game but damm can we just work on the fixes instead of a new expansion.. Since the CU hit there have been more bugs and game breaking issue that have not been addressed then any other game I have ever played. But I also have to admit that the whinning and nerf calling has not helped and will never help.
So we all want the game fixed and we all want to have fun quit with the calling for nerfs and whinning just because you can not beat someone in a fight or you get your arse kicked in pvp. Play the game as is and hope for the best. I forsee if we keep on the course we are going the game is just going to be sacked and none of us will have a star wars universe to play in and we will have to go back to jedi acedmey or KOTOR.
This is just my 2 cents.

My wife also plays and she jsut dropped a FS box for another unlocked line so I'm confused on why if you drop padwan you can't drop all your FS skills also, they where built off XP the same as everything else. Where did this info come from, I was told I could drop it all from a CSR just after CU but if I wanted Jedi back I'd have to grind everything back up was the only bad point so I dont' thinkit's that your locked into the 24 sp it's more dropping them after all that work would be hard.

if you can't hack it like as a jedi, than just delete your character and start over with a new one. coming here and crying like a little B!T<H is pathetic, we all know that jedi dumb'd down so little kids like you can play the proffession but i bet the devs didn't think that when you guys got what you wanted you were gonna constantly call for nerfs. what do you want?.... jedi to one hit incap full groups in pvp or mobs in pve? if they made jedi like they are in the movies you guys would still be crying cause now that you are more powerful than the elite professions but every time you see a red dot on your radar that turns out to be a jedi you get spanked. so stop wanting what you can't have for once its makin alot of people sick of this forum.
