Thread: Kicked out of my House and Killed AFK!?!?!?!
So those droid detectors actually serve a purpose?!? I thought they were just there for decoration.

New system for a while, you don't have to have any auto-attack. If the BH hits you, you get booted out of a structure, period. You get a TEF even if you don't fight back, the TEF now comes when the BH attacks.
BTW, This is an easy thing for a BH to do. Send a bomb droid close to you and blow it, it will hit you and, bang, you are popped out of your structure.
Droid detection devices are supposed to keep the droids from getting close enough to do this, but I have no idea if they work or not.
If you stay in your house afk, go to the center, and have several droid detection devices in case they do work.
If not, the BH will be able to pop you out of any stucture, as soon as their droid does damage to you, you are out of the house.

as other people said dont leave your vechile outside and get a large house and sit upstairs or in basement towards back of the house but not too close to the wall (blasts have been known to go threw walls and hit u if u right next to wall).
all this takes 2 mins to do and driod detection devices are cheap so go by some and dont give those bh scum weasels a free kill
if it was his bike, it would be easy to tell:
he'd have a disabled swoop.
i heard a csr once told a jedi he had to leave his house because hiding in your house from a BH is an exploit.

no they have absolutely no purpose and i dont know where it started that they did have a job. ive been a droid engineer and an architect and never was there any code for droid detectors to do anything.
now i could be wrong but ive read lots of posts all saying that driod detection devices stop a bomb driod from getting in your house and u are the first person i ever saw who has dissagreed so my advice to everyone is get some and stick them in your house just in case.
That is the lamest damn thing I have ever heard!!! I get kicked out of my own house? Can I get back in? What if the little punk does this while im writing an E-mail or a Ticket? For the love of god, I understand the BH Jedi relationship but is nothing sacred?Am I safe no where?
This really smacks of Exploit, should I report this loser? I mean come on, just because you can do something doesn't doesn't mean its Kosher.
Most likely bomb droid.
As long as it can get within 20m of you, the damage will hit you right through the walls and give u a tef, making u auto exit your house
Don't worry Tide I just died to a BH loading into a Starport . I was dead after the load in screen went away I appeared dead
I looked at combat log was shot 8 times in 2 sec 
also after the incap it says you have entered Russet
So don't feel bad man guess there are some new things people are doing to cercumvent the system
but what was realy funny is the BH was not online after I finally loaded in I sent a tell and recieved the Not Online
so he jumped me and logged
I can see why after reading the log
his first four shots were at 15:54:44
next 4 were at 15:54:45
and at 15:54:57 I recieved the you have entered Russet Starport
at 15:55:12 you have left Chimera
so something if kinda fishy
