I think text sometimes hides true intent. I highly doubt Garva set out to slap anyone with that message, I think he was more asking for calm. If i was upset when I read that I would have probably taken anything away from it that I wished. Again, it was text and there is always something missing there. Calling him Hitler? That is not only disrespectful, not only to Garva but others, and not to mention completely, and undeniably uncalled for. There was nothing in Garva's message that lead me to believe he was telling people to $#@! off. This is a new patch, and there will be adjustments made, there always are. The sad part is this, some of your reactions have been so strong, so insulting, that there is no reason you should be allowed to see these adjustments if and when they fall in you favor. Also sad, is all the work you put into Jedi may be lost because with the wave of your magic wand you decided this guy was automatically against you because he called for calm. He asked you to take a moment of reflection before setting yourselves up for disaster on a whim.

This is not directed at all of "you". This is directed at those who compare a CSR to the greatest mass murderer in history because your toon had forcerun nerfed for a moment. I know a bunch of good jedi, m8s in guild who are not happy about what is going on. I am not completely satisfied with everything in this game. But it is a game. yet a game that takes a great deal of time to master. A call for calm, is a call to your maturity. You can protest these changes, maturely. I promise you a productive post, and a productive conversation is always prefered in a professional environment than playground name calling. A great deal of the reverse of the xp nerf was hard numbers, not a 24 page rant of name calling, but hard numbers on how this hurt the game, the jedi grinder, the new player, and the veteran.

Guys, I really do love this game, but this forum today...has been worse in reaction than the CU. I saw plenty of intelligent discussion surrounding the CU, and in long term capacities, I have learned this system, not only to accept it, but to thrive in it. There is still work to be done, but do you really think calling out your CSRs, Cores, and screaming at your fellow players is the way to get this fixed? Insults and pure deflamation do nothing more than get you banned. All of that work to get banned? Be constructive. Be mature. Be better than what has been displayed today. You are better I hope, as I consider you peirs.

Straight options: Play alt until something is done, or cancel and show not the CSRs, but the company how you feel. This is not life my fiends, and Garva, Tiggs, TH and your friends (yes, your representative friends) in Core do not deserve to be belittled.

I agree with this.

But that petition thread was NOT screaming and throwing a tantrum. It as as intellectual as it gets. 90% of the posts within it were just "/sign", that was it. The ones that did get out of line should be delt with. Not the entire thread. It just goes to show they silence the problems they create.

Also there are a lot of people trolling the Jedi boards because they know how passionate some are, and they get a rise out of them. They should be delt with and they are NOT.

In short they are being selective, and only censoring things that make sence. And the trolls are stillrunning rampant.

Also there are a lot of people trolling the Jedi boards because they know how passionate some are, and they get a rise out of them. They should be delt with and they are NOT.

In short they are being selective, and only censoring things that make sence and can sway oppinions on the poor jobs they have done. And the trolls are still running rampant. Efectively still they are not doing their proper jobs.

I think garva and virrago are doing a very good job, in keeping these forums clean! Too bad they cant remove all the trash on these forums, but I expect 50k of posts every day make this very hard indeed.

I dont support SOE in everything they have done to the jedi profession! Far from it! But if you ask the devs in a thread to go scr*w themselves, and then ask why the thread got removed..... Well, then its nothing wrong with the Mod, but with the poster! I am not saying you have said such things ofcource, but I have seen QUITE many posts on these forum taking that line.

And yes, I do report such posts! I want the jedi forum to be a tool. Not a trash dump!
