i was mdef before the cu, i dropped everything of defender after cu and went ml/me/4040h, thats the only template feeling halfwise like a jedi and somewhat special. I oppened another account and went tkm/sword/4000doc then, needles to say thats 2x times the power of a mdef template.

i used to be it.... it'sa great templete but if you go MLS Mdef i think that is a horrible templete because of bad heals or you dont get channel .... so if ur Mdef i think you need to be 0/4/0/4 LS or something like that.
