Nope. The Starter Kit's description at that time was the errornous listing, and it WAS removed and has now been replaced with the correct description. Just because people misinterpreted the comment to mean the starter kit ITSELF didnt exist, doesnt mean they were right.
The way it was stated it was ment to be misinterpreted

I've done this and I advise EVERYONE to do this. Sony is a Charter MEmber and has been fined before by the BBB. At best, IMO, their actions (especially considering what happened with the silence until after the expansion came out) are Deceptive Practices.
BTW: SOE can't penalize you for talking about the BBB or filing a complaint. That is an outright violation.
