rotw is still bug filled, rubberbanding piece of crap that it was on release. as far as the combatnoobgrade, it is in even worse shape then it was when first released. all melee and jedi and doc professions, and ents crafters too, have all been nerfed and thrown under the bus.

the only professions that are getting better , with a hyperdrived free pass, is anything that can be combined with mbh.

what is for a jedi in this expansion? a carrot saber. Wow. oh boy. yipee.

carrot saber=sunrider saber= banes heart saber.

same old crap, different, stupid ridiculous, un star wars worth, color.

im not taking a leap of faith this time on a broke expansion, bugfilled, jedi nerfed, on the premise of a "well fix it later" empty promise.

That's true. What did they say when they were about to launch the Combat Upgrade ? "This time we will concentrate on the bugs !!". I have been playing for only nine months and a few, andI've read "a lot" of theirfake promisesalready.

So last night I went to a book store and I am flipping through some gaming magazine, and I see a screenshot from SWG. I thought it would be a blurb on the new expansion or something of the sort. Instead I find an article about gamers complaining about how CU busted the game, and SOE not listening to their customers. It just made me sad.. Whoever is in charge of the desinger/developer team needs to take a second look at the state of things, and re-think their development strategies.

dude you summed it all up. half my buddy list disappereared after the nubupgrade. The economy went to hell from my point of view. it seems to me that what the devs or whoever is in charge wanted to mirrior swg on wow, look at what they did to xp? look at the way they have cool downs, all just like wow. what i liked about the game was that it was different from any other mmo ive played. Whoevrs in charge should be fired, tar'd and feathered for ruining a truly great game. im giving lava world a chance, but nerf after nerf, crappy sabers, i mean someone said that the ls should be the biggest damage dealer, my friggin pre cu geo blaster hits for more damage, and the only thing we can do is hope someone pulls their head from out of their ass and do something right, fix the bugs, quit sissifying jedi, give us frs, and most of all fix stuff instead of pulling smoke and mirrors, and distracting us with an expansion to maybe hope we'll forget about the major problems that are going on

I remember in pre-cu the Jedi forums used to be filled with guides, tips, questions about making my Jedi better, grinding tips, best places to grind, TEF stories...nothing negative could be found really. Now the forums are just filled with angry/dissatisfied people 30 X over. Servers are slowly shrinking in size, everything in game is losing the danger/skill factor and noobed up, & nerfs are too common. This game is slowly dieing & I hate to see it happen.

I am a star wars fan also, but this game isnt anything close to star wars.....Oh, if you were a real fan you would have noticed that by now....

maybe cuz people don't tell the devs... we want higher lvl mobs... make them things killable ONLY by 8 ppl groups. make them harder to kill and the reward greater... then make us able to become strong enough to comabt it...

maybe that'll help. oh wait, i mentioned this when i voted for degobah

Canceled the expansion on all three accounts. Canceling all three accounts today when I get home. Been here since beta and I have no hate for SoE, SWG, or the gamers who play here. I left once pre cu, came back, finished Jedi, gave thegame one more try. I have decided that my time and entertainment money are best spent elsewhere. There is no hope, in my opinion, that SWG will ever accomplish anything resembling the game that was promised so as a result I have decided to move along. No flames.
