8k or above I've hit a Surface Marshall evertime. 7900-7999 about half. After killing 15 of these guys so far, have seen nothing drop but broken datapads and other junk. Going to keep hitting them tonight. I know of one person that can confirm the SM's dropping the crons at a STATIC npc base.
Can anyone confirm that the crons will drop from a SM from a terminal generated mission?!?!!?

Go to the base about 3.5 km directly SOUTH of Narmle on Rori. It's crawling with Reb NPCS (or at least it was last night when I went looking there for IMPS!) and there were at least 3 SMs inside the base proper.
