The thing with the sniper shot is...its always been there. I don't care if an SL Riflemen does 9343934 damage on the alpha strike. A regular Riflemen can take you out just as fast without the SL buffs. Been there. Done that. Nothing new. Move along.
No, a Jedi can snare from 32m MAX. The BH can shoot from 65-80m (Depending upon whether they have ranged arms or not). What does it matter if a Jedi snares a BH? A BH snares a Jedi for a tactical advantage (If you are too dense to understand it, I'll spell it out: to keep the jedi O-U-T O-F R-A-N-G-E meaning, the Jedi can't hit while the BH CAN.).
The ONLY advantage a Jedi has with a snared BH is that the BH cannot run away when in trouble. Oh, what does the BH have to lose when killed? Nothing.
What does a snared jedi have to lose? Let's see...The BH keeps pounding from 80m range, the jedi keeps slowly walking towards/away from the BH out of range doing no damage, merely soaking up damage like a sponge, using up action and mind for no purpose. What does a Jedi lose when killed? Many hours/days/weeks/months worth of grind/XP.
I don't think that you remember the issue with snares. Sadly.

Some do, if you notice my problem with pub 24, it's that the snare changes have totally wiped out ALL melee players. It's ridiculous....Unless they want to grant ALL melee players a free respec or something.
