There are lotsa templates out there..

but to me : the plain ole' double mastery one (MLS/Mdef / healer 3000 / enhancer 2000) is BY FAR the best in duels and against BHS .

This template gives you the best offense and best defense possbile without all the enhancer line fluff.. , max force pool of 6650 and most important with Mdef you barely have any active force abilites so your force will drain slower too.

In the end the 1 on 1 fights are what really matters cause no one can help you there.

in large scale PVP if you're in an average+ group any template will really do as you can have the backup of your comrades.

Powers btw, besides the cool effects is really no match for a MLS , taking into account you have a decent saber.

Then decide if you want Enhanncer armor or Defender armor - either go Defender 4440 or Enhancer x4xx.
Put the remaining skill points in the skills you like.
Good templates following these rules:
MLS / Def 4040 / Enh 3402 / Heal 4000 <-- This one is current FOTM
MLS / Def 4440 / Enh 3002 / Heal 4000
MLS / Def 0040 / Enh 3402 / Heal 4040

But you need to remember that there is a difference between PvE, 1-vs-1 PvP and n-vs-n PvP. You will not be able to build a template that is best for all.

I was MLS Def 4040 Enh 3402 Heal 4000

changed to

MLS Def 4440 Enh 3002 Heal 4000

In my experience the def on both templates is pretty close to the same and you don't get the added force tic with the Def 4440 temp. But I have a nice saber (not perfect but still does the job well) and have been PvPing for a while. Needless to say, I love the template, you get so many useful things and a great offense and defense.

Master Pwner is a must

4000 noob is required

2003 whinner is optional

and 4440 Brick wall if your bored
