And thus concludes why I think Hoth Should appear real soon as a big GCW planet.
I whould want an ice planet but not just hoth I really dont think there is much they chould do with it.
I think Ren var whould be good it whould offer a lot of possible content with the jedi temple ruins there and the old republic base aswell.
As for the GCW there is an imperial out post there that chould be an instanced pvp zone.
Hoth, complete with tauntauns, snowbeasts, and fully functional AT-ATs. YES it should be a GCW planet. Maybe a space component to help Transports get past the imperial blockades. Hoth has to be done right though.....damage from the elements. Luke couldn't be out in it overnight, neither should you with out the proper gear.
I think the Trials of obiwan is establishing the technology needed for hoth. On Mustafar, you have lava damage, on Hoth, it would be cold damage. There has to be some weather hinderances with Hoth. I don't thinkyou would want to see a mon cal in Hawtpants snowboarding through hoth. But there should be an adverse reaction from the elements.

OK, given the constraints listed above, I'd pick Hoth.
I'd like to see the SWG storyline moved forward with large Imperial strike forces moving across the galaxy. AT-STs in the NPC cities, squads of CL80 stormtroopers in Coronet and Theed shooting overt Rebels on sight, multiple Star Destroyers blockading the Hoth space sector, etc.
(Oh, and my main is a Rebel... I just think it'd be really cool to live "on the run", like how the Imperial Crackdown was supposed to be a year or so ago)
Hoth would play nicely into this scenario. I fear Dagobah would be another standalone planet like Kashyyk or Mustafar that wouldn't have any impact on the overall SWG storyline.
i would place a vote for dagobah. simply for the possibilities of many new MOBS. they could make the planet so hostile that you would have to go with a group just to stay alive... pack the planet with lvl 90+ and people would have fun for alot longer time span...
making the planet HARDER would make exploring take longer and keep us happy, since most people know that challenge is what makes games enjoyable.
OR Corosaunt would be a great addition. we have corellia which is mostly city populated... and naboo which is generally the same. but adding the core planet would be awesome, a planet that is one giant city could add TONS of content for every proffession. of course using this planet would take alot of WORK so i don't suspect SOE would do it
I mean. Can Dagobah get some love around here? 
The more I read your arguments on Hoth, the more I move towards that planet too. Of course, a Ton-Ton would be the best mount since the speed (all the newer mounts became famous out of desperation. lol.)
But cmon. Visiting Yoda and getting quests from him? Now that would be uber. HOWEVER. An AT-ST attack on a rebel base sounds crazy. Even if we could add some aerial fighters into that battle. Maybe scouts and rangers using traps to trip up the at's. A DUNGEON! IM DROOLING

PvP enabled like Deep Space if you go there you must choose a side and go overt...
Have large base complexes with power generator, turrets, AT AT's snow speeders and more...
have architects be able to craft base walls and fortifications
The possibilities are endless
and of course have taun taun's, snowmen, and some cool dungeons as welll...
