This would, in fact, inflame the issue. People need a way to express their discontent.
If you went to get the oil changed in your car and they didn't put any oil back in, the engine cratered, you would want to talk to someone. How would it affect you if they said "We are not listening, go away"?

Let's upgrade to grade 3 on grammar. Then people might take you seriously. "Witch" means : A woman claiming or popularly believed to possess magical powers and practice sorcery. "Which" on the other hand, was the correct term. Now as for the original post, do you not understand why the forums are flooded with people stating their problems? Whining and letting someone know how they screwed up are definately 2 different things. Unfortunately for you, all these posts (Referred to as whining by the second graders) are very rational.

Either remove the Jedi forums or have stricter moderation. Personally I think attacks on Mods and Devs should result in a perma-ban from the forums. I come here for info, strategy and tips but the crap I have to wade through to get it is way too deep. I can't even send my guildmates here out of fear that they will buy into the lies and bs most of these kids post, which is sad because alot of people have made very helpful threads that are invaluable.
