1) Just showing how it is complained about all the time. Maybe not by every Jedi but the OP has a point.
2) I love how a BH posting on a Jedi forum is automatically trolling, even though I've said nothing inflammatory.

actually the bounty hunter wars was when bounty hunter didnt trust other bhs
and the bounty hunter guild was broken up ( by boba fett the baddest bh of all bh , you posers )

It recharges fairly quick, not super fast. i only have the crappy one so the more advanced ones may charge quicker/slower

We don't complain about CM's 'attacks', we complain about their superior healing abilities that are out the window. 
Saber throw takes a little while to cooldown, but not that long. /shrug. I don't think you need to be worrying about it when building a template though... Spamming saber throw would be one of the least effective thing you could do.

gahd people dont experiment anymore they jsut go ask the Veterans agdh...
hes played a month and thinks he can kill someone whos character took months to a year or so to make
arrgghhh i jsut hope the veterans can smack him down for me hes not on my server

Saber throw does not recharge especially quickly. I guess i'm the only jedi who'll answer that...
