Force Armor can be armor broken, yes. But so can Jedi Innate Armor from Defender and Jedi Initiate. If you want to decide between Defender armor or Enhancer armor, you pretty much need to make the choice if you want to spend more skill points or if you want to pay a little Force for every hit you take.

Examples:

MDef:
89 skill points
about 700 ranged / melee / Force defense
70 Jedi Innate Armor
No Force cost per hit taken

Def 0040 / Enh x4xx:
56 skill points
about 500 ranged / melee / Force defense
70 Jedi Innate Armor
Force cost for every hit taken

Both of the above are great tanks, and the Enhancer variant will obviously run out of Force earlier, but will have more skill points left over for offense, crowd control, healing or Force management.

If you use Force Armor alone without Force Aura, you will not be able to tank since you will take a lot of damage which translates into a lot of Force drain. In that case, Force Armor is only a little "hold them away while I run away".

Atm I have 4440 defneder, im not worried about jedi as i am much bhs since jedi can simply just ab past the innate armor, also reading post on how ranged deff mean nothing unless holding a rifle imo
