Most new players aren't too concerned with the Jedi balance problem. Yes I suppose all of this could effect them in the future, but again, if you all (who want to keep playing SWG) would stop for a minute and realize how pointless all of this is and start being constructive then you would make a huge difference for yourselves and them. It only takes one bad egg I guess though.. but that egg can be silenced. Change your attitudes and try to ENJOY this GAME that you play. It isa game after all. Right?

I said it before and I will say it again. You are a Dev in disguise. You tell us to put our hardships and feelings aside due to the fact there are newbie players that wont see this? So SOE of you to say. As in this is exactly what the devs are trying to do. Get rid of the old and cater to the new that didnt have over 2 years of empty promises and nerfs. Patience. Ok. Life is too short to have patience on this game.

There are hundreds of people right now that are new players in this game. I know that a lot of them haven't discovered the forums yet, but some have.If you were a "noob" right now, would you want to come here and see this?Would you want the beginning of a lot of great memories to be started with this kind of negativity? What everyone has postedin this forum has been pointless. The Devs already know that a lot of people are frustrated. It's time for everyone to calm down, and remember how they got here. Remember all the great things about SWG andrespect that.Be positive and constructive and you will make a difference.Continueyelling and screamingand you will be shut out. It may not be what you want to hear, but it is the way things work.

If you want to have fun in the game, and you can't do so with combatright now, then why don't you go find a new player and help him/her out. Give them some credits, show them around, immerse yourself back into the feel ofthe game you once knew. Give the devs help by posting suggestions, and by respecting the opinions of others and being constructive, and in time you will have a game thatyou can behappy with.

Never worked before. It took a YEAR to get fixes for pilots and shipwrights(and they're still screwy). And in the mean time, they introduced unbalanced ship chassis.

Actually, NEITHER works. You can be constructive, trolling, flaming, spamming, positive, negative, polite, profane, etc.; and have no effect whatsoever(except negatively to yourself in the negative case, in some instances). The only way to really get fixes is to sit around and wait for new plans, strategies, and team organizations to come along eventually. Nothing anyone says or does will have any impact one way or the other.

the problem with this i see is that why would the current customer base want to help the n00bies when they have no faith and so much dislike for the game in its current state. your right, the n00bs wouldnt want to see all this garbage on the forums, which is why it so important to keep the current customer base happy. failure to do so leads to problems with the new customers who listen to the vets and then leave after discovering the garbage for themselves in this game. the community is only part of the problem, the source lies with the poor managment of SOE and this perticular game.

The downfall of SWG. Lets just go talk to the noobs we have taken under our wing in the game and tell them to cancel and meet us in dark and light where we'll all be noobs. I have a hard time helping somebody w/ a game that is poorly ran.

We have a guild on Lowca right now that is about 70+ people strong that all play. We are very close. About 2-3 old time guilds on our server that were around since day one have merged into us because most of their friends have left due to the way this game is ran. We get a new person once in a blue moon. As soon as MEO comes out or another really cool looking MMO with the Blizzard type customer service, we are gone. The whole guild is moving over.

We love Star Wars so much, we cannot bear to see them make a joke out of it any longer. This is just our communication tool to one another until the replacements are out since the bold moves today show Custoemr Service has no interest to change.
