Yah i've crafted a 48 fc, 95 sac saber on my server, the best I've ever seen anybody's come out is an 8 fc saber with 4 -9.x pearls in it

on the conductivity on the aluminum and steel, thats the cap in my my server... no resource offers a better experiment

your culsion inert gas tops mine by a great deal.. the rest mine are higher by like 3-4

It could be your resources... Im in no way knowledgable about resources though, hated crafting ever since I had to holo-grind BE. But some of the stats you listed before do seem rather low.
