Thread: All Species Should Be able to wear New Cloaks!!!

and wookies whined and cried like little baby bothans till they got more clothes and armor, infact, if i remember right, wookies had kick butt armor, 80 kin, 60ish stun. and still they cried in their fur, because they still didnt have as many clothing choices (for a species that doesnt wear clothing). its like all the trando's crying because they cant wear boots.......hello, since day 1 no boots for trando's, wheres the suprise part? if you dont like being a semi naked furry rug in the making, delete it and make a twi, they have lots of clothing choices. or make a human, or a zab, or any one of the other species that are allowed to wear clothes of all types and sizes. but this shouldnt be a suprise to you, or anyone else.

would it be so hard or really that big of a deal for wookiee to get maybe 1 or 2 new clohting item per expension? what is the big deal why are you so against it?
and for your kick but armor the armor that was givin to us wore out withing less then 1 day of grinding thats not such kick ass . and when you said we whined and moaned for more clothing, where is our clothing? what is wrong with wanting to look good?
and sure i shoudl rerole my charater that i have worked iwth for well over 2 years all teh badges and the love i have put inot my toon i should deleted it just so i can get new clohtes right?

This may sound like a dumb question, but after playing a Wookie for quite some time - especially all the time prior to becoming a Jedi - did you never notice that Wookies had clothing limitations? Was it a situation where they all of the sudden NERFED the clothes you can wear? Because to my knowledge, I never created a Wookie character specifically because of the limitations. I certainly would not grind a Wookie thru Jedi knowing I am going to face these issues in the future.
So instead of me griping, petitioning, whining, etc. to the Devs, I simply would not have done it in the first place - only because I KNEW HOW IT WAS BEFORE I DID IT.
Now, as I "asked" in my first sentence...
1) "Was it always like this and you expected they would change game mechanics to suit you?"
OR
2) "Did you play a Wookie for a long time grinded worked your way up the ranks with no limitations on clothing or anything- THEN %#CRASH%$ $%#%^WHAM#$^##%%SMASH$%% - they NERFED you?"
If you fall inline with Question #1 then I say you are a lost cause and don't try to have the game changed just because you want it that way. But if you fall inline with question number 2 then I totally feel for you - cuz god knows we are all sick of bein nerfed.

first off when i created my toon it was preCU i had no idea. i didn't really care about armor, but i tried to make a new jedi character since they changed the jedi system and i missed the unlocking period by 3 weeks into pub 10 i got hosed. i'm smart not dumb your logic just makes you look like someone with a superiority complex i don't ask for special treatment just equal treatment

Well...I do agree with wookiees wearing clothes and am pretty much for them wearing the paddy robes....the Wooks _DO_ need something "wookiee-like" which would constitute possesion by a wook-Jedi.
Honestly, I wish there were more racial specific clothing for Wookies!! I'm tired of not having anything that lets me put sockets in it while wearing the robes like the other races do.
To heck with the Wooks, I want Rodian peasant gear!!! I want my character to show their true stupidity in the eyes of the Rodian Empire! The galaxies races rightfully stand to the strength and weakness of the Rodians during conflict and by all means, let the Rodians be seen as the true acts of purepatheticness that they are!!!!

How would you like it if they came out with a Tree-Dwellers Helm that had +20 force Regen, +250 force, +100 Health +20 melee/range speed and only wearable by wooks? I think all non wooks would be in an uproar.
