yep, existing jedi will respec into CL80 jedis...and then they will b able to get +10 levels more. The normal player will b able to respec to force sensitive, and eventually grow in jedi by quests and grinding...consider it taking scout and then going to ranger..
As long as a jedi before this change over has at least 1 box in jedi you will get rewards and sorry for above double post

I for one say don't feel sorry for us veterans I will list exactly why:
1. You respec'ed jedi will be just like the respec'ed BHs were and there will be a million posts in the forums daily like "what are the best resources for crafting sabers", "My saber is this stat is that good?", and "I fought a veteran jedi today and got pwned they are overpowered nerf them". ROFL
2. You will not recieve any of the jedi rewards so you will all be the little paddy clone army that we have been since they turned off the FRS plus you may have the elder tag and think you can fool the noobs in the game but they said we can display any tag of previous professions we have aquired. So I will be sporting my Elder Jedi Knight tag for sure.
3. Everyone thinks they are just going to jump in and start swinging anything other than a training saber (can't help but laugh just thinking about it). First you will have to collect the resources to craft a higher saber, not to mention make a crafting tool or buy one, and then the really amusing part you have to find crystals or pearls to add damage to it and a colored crystal.
So don't come crying to us veterans that all you other professions have been whining to be nerfed for the last year that "Where can I find colored crystals and Pearls?" and "Why does my saber suck, I can't kill anything". You wanted it you got it.
P.S. One last thing remember when you respec to Jedi and use your last one that is it no more characters for you on that account. So I am going to laugh at you with my jedi then log on my alt and laugh some more. I am thoroughly amused at what the player base thought jedi should be and now they get exactly what they deserve for it a nerfed up version of its former glory.

when I find out how theyre gonna incorporate the full set of jedi skills for sure, I'll join you in the laughing section. As a player that loves MPowers I for one will happily sit there and throw a choke on the Nublets...if they don't nerf it!
Reading this made me pop a bag of popcorn, but seriously for those of you that are jedi and have experience the negative xp experience we all know to well how powerful a jedi is in this game.
Secondly a lot of these lazy @$$ people talking smack about becoming a jedi master don't know it but they also will be just as powerful as a commando or BH on the battle field.
Things I have learned from reading the forums today
- A lot of you have real life issues which has really reflected on your attitudes on these forums
- Alot of you act like the world is ending because of these changes
- A lot of you must not have been breast fed as a baby

CU2 Jedi will be nothing more then Paddys.
He thinks the cycel is complete, and that he is the master... but he is onyl a master of respec'in lol
