i did too... now its almost impossible and definately not faster to solo grind

Well its not surprising as there is nothing to try to achieve in the game any more, before SOE decided to remove all loot (Excepting BH missions) you could work hard trying to get exceptional weapons, CA,AA, Pearl,Crystal which was fun. PvP is is ok but gets boring after the 1000th gank and I think as more and more people are reaching or have gone past the year or more stage they have completed all quests that are available.


I want SWG to entertain me, I want to log in and think 'Wow, what shall we do as a guild today?'


I dont want to log in, see that nothings happening, have a quick chat and then browse the forums. Something is drastically wrong when the forums are more entertaining than the game itself!


I have seen many brilliant ideas suggested by the player base, Gizmos im particular. Ok, I dont expect SOE to use them, but surely they a creative/deveopment team that come come up with new and exciting ideas so the game isnt allowed to become stale.


Why can Devs put on more live event, surely wouldnt take a genius to spawn some mobs and create a system message with some background story, at least its something.


Cmon I love this game, but I dont like what is becoming. 1 account cancelled today, I will give SOE a chance to communicate regarding their plans and visions in the next few weeks, if not I am offf to try another game or maybe give up the MMorpg game style altogether. Its gutting for me as this is my first ever MMORPG and its had me hooked since I started playing with it, its sad how the devs can seem to get it so wrong on a continual basis. Oh well fingers crossed we will get some news in the next few weeks.

Have you guys found yourself doing the bit where you log on, walk around your house a few times, check to see if anyone worth talking to is on, and then just logging out for lack of anything to do? I noticed myself doing that last night

I normally do the ... log on. Think to myself why have I just logged in... Look in my Inv... See if anyone I know is online...Nothings happening... Log out

yes lots has been getting worse for months now as my friends list gets smaller and smaller even my first jedi m8 that helped me get where I am is never on now not even a good bye

yup loged into day to test a coupple of bh missions,took me ages to use shuttle term,mission term and even call my bike so i just end up logging after 1 mission,but you got to give the devs credit for the fact that MBH is the only profession that can actualy loot somthing usefull

Absolutely agree.


I still have the reflex of logging on from time to time, but there is absolutely nothing of interest to do. I have 5 toons on different servers, including a jedi and alt on one server. I log one toon on, realise there is nothing to do, try another, nothing to do, try another nothing to do.


I mean yes sure, I have unfinished missions on Kash. Did the first one where i was told to go kill 5 thingies. And the second where I was told to go kill 10 thingies. And the third where I was told to go kill 5 wotsits. And the fourth wereI was told to go kill 10 wotsits.


But I stopped there. I didn't dare try the 5th mission ... the excitement was too much for me.


Twotoons aresimple resource sellers. Until 2 weeks agothey weredoing a good trade in resources, selling about 15 lots of resources on the bazaar each night. Nothing tobuy with the profits of course, but it gave me something to do, re-stocking the bazaar each day, and finding new spawns once in a while. But things have dropped off there too ... only selling 2 or 3 lots per night, if that.


Probably because there are no more crafters. Everyone is a jedi or a bh. Oh, or an SL now of course.


Maybe I'll try placing harvesters in interesting patterns ... that might be fun ...

Yup...know exactly what you mean.


For what it's worth...I enjoyed Rage of the Wookies, so I'm giving Trials of Obi-Wan a fair shot. I'm the last person to have faith in SOE, but if 30 dollars gets me a little more enjoyment out of the game, well...it's only 30 dollars.


If this is a flop though, I can see myself moving on to greener pastures, considering most of my close, in-game friends have already done so.
