i was wondering if maybe ther could be a team of 10 (or 5 cant remember how many people ther were) to become a jedi council and be put on dantooine and would be choosen just in the same way arjun thakur was given jedi correspondant read thousands of mail and then choose those u believe fit a task such as that if anybody agree's plz raise ur hand and say "i"

well whoever is chosen should be able to speak clearly.....ummm so you are out.

If there was ever a know place of assembling Jedi Consulars they would be wiped out by a huge enslaught of BH wanting some Jedi heads to roll!

I heard there is a legion of force wielders forming on Dantooine to build Force University. It will be located at the force crystal cave.

Although all force-sensitives can only clone 3 times, we have observed a near-endless supply of these individuals on Dantooine. These individuals are slain mercilessly by rebels and imperials alike. Based on this, we can surmise that there are thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of these force-sensitives gathering there.

How's that for continuity?

You know what I mean. The whole Jedi theme is supposed to be based on continuity.. so the Devs say. I know that there are a lot of FS NPCs and PCs out there that go against the continuity.

I think that SOE should have made the time period during the time of Luke's Jedi Academy beginnings.. about 5 years after RotJ

I agree with that. I've always been surprised that they set it directly in the time of the original films...It would have been a better roleplaying game if set significantly before the GCW, or sometime after. Although I suppose that by setting it during the GCW, it presents two obvious warring factions you can be a part of, and is also the most marketable... The latter probably being the main reason it happened.

Those, who wield the Force, are not necessarily Jedi.

Furthermore, many of the people in the cave you speak of are not Force-Sensitive, but they are merely Force Crystal Hunters. The few that are Force-Sensitive are Untrained Wielders of the Dark-Side, but, again, wielding the Force alone does not make you a Jedi (just look at the Nightsisters).

Darth Vader was only interested in destroying the Jedi; these Force-Sensitive people are not a threat to him, since, once more, they are not Jedi.

Thanks for clearing all that up, I can see now that it fits perfectly into the continuiity.

Isn't is cool that there are NPCs in the game that are not even padawan learners yet, and somehow they can OWN a Jedi Guardian in 1-on-1 combat?

hmmmmm...... that makes sense!

Here is some continuity for ya....in the star wars universe there has ALWAYS been FS people, just not many JEDI. There is no continuity problem with that, but I think the devs should do some careful watching of such events (jedi universities and the like) and if they find them forming, send a hit squad of AT-AT's and AT-ST's (and a ton of dark troopers) to kill these so called Jedi. Maybe even have a Dev controled Vader there to crush these guys.

now i kno it may nevr happen that this shall evr be looked at but who here would like to become PART of the jedi coucil (or something along that lines)

lol! Force Crystal Hunters that use Force Choke, they are force sensitive, just they are called Crystal hunters because their buddies are all trying to rip them off of hundreds of thousands of dollars for crystals that are -XX damage, so they're hunting for the crystals themselves.

They are Force Sensitive though, and for some reason manage to use Jedi Master powers.
