Thread: Poll: How many GOOD POST-CU pearls have you tuned. How many were perfect?

I tuned prolly 30-35 prem and flawless pearls and dozens of prem crystals and never got a perfect tune.

i just checked my storage house, pre cu premium/flawless - 35 no perfects (several -9 and 110+ dam but not on the same pearl)


Post cu "good" - 102 no perfect, 2 -9, 4 100+ damage

Number of tunes is rounded to the nearest whole number.


1 Flawless = One at +120dmg, -.29spd, -9.9 FC
250 Premiums = Three at +120dmg, -.28spd, -9.9 FC, Twenty One at or above +100dmg, -.20spd, -8 FC
100 Selects = Zero Perfect, 5 at or above above +100dmg, -.20spd -8 FC
100 Qualities = Zero Perfect, 3 at or above above +100dmg, -.20spd, -8 FC
0 Good = I have no need for saber components any more and sell or give them away.
50 Fairs/Poors = Zero Perfect, 1 at or above above +100dmg, -.20spd, -8 FC

i've got a premium tuned to 119/-0.14/-9 (tuned post cu). speed reduction isnt even near to perfect but im satisfied.

about 90-130 poor-quality crystals, and at least 30 premium crystals.none of them have tuned to perfect stat (pre-cu 50dmg -9fc) or in the new system (120dmg -9 fc)

1 Flawless and it tuned to rubbish!

20 pre's approxand few ok

Goods 20 and nothing really exciting!

never bothered.


The whole problem being that Tuning is randam and a flawless can tune perfect as can all the rest. but most ofthe timt they seem to all tune as rubbish!


And to limit you to uber beasts that give you a flawless pearl that tunes

I had to hunt an average of 10 Elders a night to get a premium........it was way easier then trying to find the 1 Krayt that had spawned after server restart when I was farming components......It looks like they fixed the Krayt spawns from your post though so I guess things are looking up.
