If I was getting tons of hassle because my boss wasn't doing their job properly, I would do something about it.
Garva, SOE are are truly annoying their customer base and you are being left to clean up the aftermath on the forums. You are just doing your job, any many do appreciate how difficult it is. As a moderator of the forums you are in an excellent position to get a 'feel' for what the community is thinking. I truly hope that you are doing all you can to feedback your observations to the appropriate people in SOE.
