Look at the tv ad's and even that video on the swg home page, what do you see jedi, jedi and even more jedi, jedi sparks the imagination of almost all star wars fans, two thirds of the people buy this game to be a jedi, what a marketing tool, but I am sure they get very disapointed when they get into game, and realize that jedi, are hated and nerfed, and quickly becoming one of hte weakest so called elite professions, goes back to truth in adversing lol

There are plenty of Veterans in this game who are not Jedi. They run guilds, cities, help new players, and have fun. We are as much a base as any Jedi in this game.



You know that scene, the one where Marlon Brando did that little hand wave right before he died. Yeah. That was beautiful man.

Nah, they won't notice until about 6 or 7 months after they've gotten Jedi, and they are so bored with the profession that they start coming to the forums...

Think of this. SOE knows this is a broken POS patch. They know it's a death sentance on Jedi. But there are more BH than Jedi, so they must be kept happy.

SOE DOESN'T want Jedi in game, and they would rather just break it and force us to leave than delete it. I can think of no other reason they would do something this totally retarded.

I was discussing with a friend, about all this, and he came with a good output....


SOE is a company with many employees, who work in teams. There is competition between them, they dont work together (as we can say after their childlike mistakes, its like one part dont communicate with another).


So, you have a team working to SL, and other working to BHs, and that's goes on... What happens is that one team, willing to praise himself, does boost a profession, withouth thinking globally (like in the SL), they give love to SL, everyone on SL forum praise it, and mission acomplished... Of course, this cause several problems in the game, but, hey, thats not the problem of the dev team of SL!!!! Then come the Jedi team, called to fix the things... Well, we all know how competent they are (jedi bugs, inverting AB skill and so on...), so they nerf it... I dont think that they can do any other thing (except making Jabba's Palace vanishing, perhaps).


We fail to think that SOE is one big team. They are not. So lets start to blame their teams who f**k the things, asking the big shots to clean the house, firing incompetents, hiring competent ppl. I would love to know what happned with the guy who proposed the XP nerf... Is the same propose the SL changes? It seens like it... (hey, its not also the guy who works in Jackass?!?!?!)
