I'm of the opinion that investing skill points in powers just for cloak is a waste. Go master or don't bother is what I'd do. If your focus would be escape and evade, then get cloak. If you want to stand and fight, get master powers or no powers at all.

I'm Master Powers Enhancer 4004 Healer 4000 LS 0400 Defender 0040.


I have 3 guildy's going for MLS Enhancer 4004 Defender 0040 Healer 4000 Powers 0400, and they all love it. Its very viable in PVP & PVE first strike, get away when your outnumbered or when you are about out of force, lots of tactics that more than offset the limited defense.


Basically I'd say the 1st template.
