They seem to be doing all the work for SOEs "fantastic" community relations, but are still ignored. I don't agree that your words are lost on her but you have to appreciate the position she is in. She has people she reports to and they tell her what the policies are and she much accept that and put the best face on it. Even when she doesn't agree with the policy. Even if she does think your view is valid the best she could do is pass along the information to the producers who make the final decisons about the game. She certainly can't run around telling you she thinks this idea or that idea of people she reports to is stupid. That wouldn't make for a very promising carer would it?

Not true i've seen her on testcenter and TC-Servername servers, and she had all the powers of CSRs.

That being said it is never a good idea to get attached to your work. Imagine having a kitten in the old days when your folk worked at a violin shop. In order to treat such an organization as a profit company the customers should be considered just fodder and the game just a butcher block.

Hense the reason why the game is heading down the tubes....They should play there own game then they would see what bugs and exploits are around.....
They would also see how unbalanced the game is becoming
Is it just me or is this game slowly going back to pre cu times, with the uber weapons (not jedi) uber armour ,uber slices (not jedi) already have the 3k hams ...
And they have tried to force us back to soloing with the xp nerf ..
