It's a nice idea. Additionally, I would like to use different combinations of regular color crystals to get different named color crystals (three blue crystals for Kenobi's Legacy, for example).

Most awsome Idea,

Sadly fixing anything about jedi would not make sony any money so all we will get is neq expansions.

I base this on the game being out 2 years and jedi not being fixed at all yet.

In guild last night all I herd was how cool DAOC is with rewards for pvping and all and that people did not have to pvp unless they wanted to.

I think a pearl recycler is actually a pretty good idea.

But not one that give the best stats of what you put into it. Other recyclers give you low level generic stats and something like this should be no different.

Anakin: Master, I think my lightsaber is getting dull. Its not doing nearly as much damage as it used to.
Obi-Wan: O.k. when we're done showing the youglings around the temple, we'll stop by the bazaar and you can buy a new crystal. I hope you've got a couple million credits saved up for this.
Anakin: WHAT?!!?? I don't have THAT kind of cash!
Obi-Wan: Well you could try sharpening it on these younglings. I've got a headache and all their questions are driving me NUTS!
Anakin: hmmm.... Sharpen my lightsaber on younglings...... hmmmmmm.....
Obi-Wan: uh, that was a joke Anakin. I'll spot you the cash for a new crystal THIS time, but next time you're on your own.

good idea.. but it will b very simple to get REALLY good pearls.... and that will just make things worse in pvp etc i find...

This is the best idea I have seen on the forums I have seen in a long time, and its because of that SOE will ignore. Thanks anyway Liani, it really is a great idea.
