This is actually possible, but the BH would have to get lucky enough to find you because droids don't work in space.
Any BH that desperate is a terrible BH. hehe

so mossa, were you in a POB ship? were you in a turret of the pob ship? were you in a fighter? information please...

When you launch your probot to track a bounty, if the bounty is in space it will say something to the effect "You bounty has been located. Your bounty is in corelia_space_sector." If a BH was bored they could launch into Corelia space and try to find you, but who has that kind of time? If they did find you they could shoot at you, but it wouldn't do anything.
You can attack anyone and anything in space. You can't do damage, but you can attack.
If you're declared in space and the BH is too, then he can kill you. You will not lose exp, his mission will not complete.
The only time jedi players lost exp in space was back before they turned off PVE exp loss. There was a bug where, if you were a jedi and a passenger on a POB ship and the ship got destroyed, you lost exp.

no I know all this. I'm just curious if Mossa actually got hit in space. I'm not concerned with the xp loss, actually if they can hunt me in space let them come, in fact bring it. That said, I'm wondering if Mossa was in DS or on a Pob. the pob bc you are actually kinda on 'the ground' while not in a turret or flying. and a target macro to find you would not take too much to come up with... If its true from my perspective that's good news, I can fight someplace where I have the advantage, not be perma snared blah blah blah. And yes I was around for the pob xp loss, and discovered that one on my own.
me and a friend was in his Yacht that Lady Luck thingy dingy... and then we get attacked little after we explode and land on Star Port, and he says he lost XPs and PvP rating

He was probably killed when you touched down from the exploded ship...Hell if I know though.
I will say this, jumping the gun and blaming the game without testing is stupid.
