You have to realize that Tiggs, Garva, Viargo ...etc are community relations. They have a responsibility to see that community standards are upheld in public forums. This doesnt mean they sit in development meetings. Chances are they know nothing more than we do since the dev's dont want to tip their hand it seems. What we need is a responce from a lead Dev since its most likely they are the only ones that know what the current state of anything is.

No -- it will take a small riot at the next fan fest to make them listen...
I'm going to play the game... the DEV's ( AKA community relations people at SOE ) don't give a rats rear end about our comments, rants, reccomendations, problems, etc. All they care about is the money they generate each month out of this cash cow that has the Star Wars name attached to it.
I'm going to go play the game... this has become a session of beating our heads against the wall.
At the next fanfest they are going to have to sit behind plexiglass.

Give them devs/csr a chance, let's see what happens. Please rememeber the xp balance had to be passed into committee as well.

But do you think it was necessary to push publish 24 to live before all the bugs were worked out? What committee decided on that load of garbage?
Not only that, if this same committee is the same one that said the CU was a good idea, then we are all doomed.

does "I will pass this on to the team" really tell you anything. How are we to know if this so called "team" actually gets the MEMO stating: Swg is in a state of distress. Remove all patches post-cu and regain the playerbase.

Means nothing.
It's going to take 2,000 account cancellations to show SOE who's running things around here. Just like what happened with the XP nerf.
That's the scariest thought i've ever seen on these forums, and that's saying a lot lol. Player base would run this ship into the ground lol.

It is better than what we have been getting...which is pure silence.
I recommend that the devs at least post some kind of a response and just lock it, if they are worried about the 1000-post Garva fiasco.
I still consider pub 24 to be a complete slap in the face, but maybe something will be done...
