All jedi should be perma-termed

If you've done nothing to evidence being a force-senstive or an actual Jedi character, the Empire has no way of knowing to place a bounty on you. I.e., little or no visibility, you don't get on the terms. Get on, and get killed, you're off the terms until visibility is recrued. (I.e., by defeating the rare BH that comes for you, your being a Jedi is reduced back to mere rumor and speculation, not worthy of the a BH mission.) Sort of the way some people think it works now.

On the other hand: it could be argued that once the Empire knows you as a Jedi, then you become more recognizableto Imperial agents. Therefore you accrue visibity more quicklywhen using Jedi abilities in view of the public, and the visibility takes longer and longer to decay. Eventually, through gaining enough continued visibility, you do get "perma-termed", even if you kill every BH that comes for you. Indeed, the more BH's you kill, the more likely you end up permanently on the mission terms. Sort of like making Palpatine's Most Wanted List.

You may be onto something with this, but it would be near impossible to implament(spelling?). Now, that being said, whenever the Force is channeled, the Emperor can sense it...whenever there is a sentient being nearby, the Force Signature is amplified.

Well...you get the idea

Took me 8 months to grind Jedi from Novice to 226 Pts, I was on the terms maybe 6 weeks of that and both time were because I got bored of grinding and just wanted to kill some NPCs. So the only 2 times I was on the terms were by my choice. I'm not sure why it is so difficult.

I think I saw at least one poster who really said it. BH's are the most harmful to the low padawans. They are the "dead meat" when it comes to facing a BH. They stand to lose the most. This, by itself, should be enough incentive to keep low level padawans in check. The fact is, it really doesnt, but if a padawan gets on the terms, then they will suffer the consequences of their actions. And for the record, their is no one to blame for visibility but yourself.

According to the last months Jedi nerfsand changes, the Jedi profession has been more and more balanced towards the BH profession.Recently, the BH has only be granted Jedi hunting ability upon reaching mastery in his profession.

I am not looking for any logical aspect of Jedi hunting here, if there is any anyway, but if Jedi is balanced towards BH why does he appear on terms before reaching any mastery skill. A master BH should only hunt a Jedi with a mastery level in one of his Force professions. That would make sense.

Possible 'exploit': Jedi could develop a full template without learning any mastery box and thus be invisible to terms. In that case the system could sum up the accumulated Jedi XPs and, when a certain amount is reached, a Jedi would appear on terms.

This system would give a break to the young Jedi and allow them to experience and learn various aspects of their profession before being hunted. After all, a BH has to train against NPCs (even if thats very different from PVPing) for a full investigation tree. A Jedi should be given the time to learn his profession as well.

What you think?

when i grinded my jedi i was on the terms once becourse i was so boord i run to squill cave and mass grinded with a mate and i got killed 2 hour later so i lost more xp then i earned thats why i did not get more vis before i was full templated. so just keep your vis at 0 then no need to worie about BH
