I hate to say this but that makes me horribly disappointed.


I don't care how cool it looks animated. Its simply someone enchanting a lightsaber. Do the devs have any idea what the movies were about? I saw some amazing background dungeons in the screenshots. However I can't believe the same art team that seemed to understand the look of the star wars universe came up with this.


That is not Star Wars at all. The lightsaber IS Star Wars. The look, the sound, the feel of it. All sci-fi movies have laser guns, but this is the ICONIC symbol of Lucas's legacy.


Maybe if they give us all lava sabers they can justify nerfing the force even more. After all our sabers arevery weak since they are nothing like the movies (understandable but at least give us less damage and NO ARMOR RESISTANCE).


Taking the star wars out of the game (mez's, root's, snare's anyone?) ruines it for me.

Since the screenshots were taken they uped the lave graphics, it it may look better now, have not seen one since the last change.

The crystal was really the only thing I hoped I could use from ToW... But that is just plain... well.. I have no word bad enough to describe it..

it's just the color crystal pretty much, elemental dam on par with banes and sunriders from what I've seen. (never broke out the calculator tho and did the math)
