If the test server was flat-out broken, it would be down. Instead, it is up, accepting current test characters, and refusing new character creations.
At best, that is a rather peculiar way to handle a test server outage, don't you think?

No, you can't create characters on TC... your REASON is whats wrong.

Uh, so why can't I create characters? New character creation bug unique to the test center?
Makes me wonder what sort of changes they are implementing character creation.

All I know is they didn't lock it because it was full. I have never seen more then 3 people in a given city.

so the patch is broken.. doesn't mean they're covering up the Jedi, or the Jedi changes in the patch are broken.

If the patch was broken..they wouldn't let anyone play. I downloaded the new patch last night and signed up for TC. Just don't know why they wouldn't want more people on that ghost of a server?
