its +45 and it does work.
curntly MLS is good for making a ls and + 5 to block lol it helps a little but seeing how there is a bug onLS'ersthat has not been fixed the speed is calculated off of the speed and not the modifedattack speed.your attack speed relies on how good the saber is rather then weather u r MLS or not lol so untill they fix it it u realy mostly need it for ls exp or a little bit more block the animations are realy cool tho =)
if they do fix this people with crapy LS can actuly have a chance agents BH and in pvp just having MLS but people like me with uber ls will freeking be just sick lol =)
alot of great points here ... but one thing to consider ...
if your not going Master LS ... then don't waste the sp on 4 blocks of two different sabers. If you want the most damage and AB go 0404 ... if you want the area attack go 0044.

it depends on what you are trying to do. like the guys said above- x444 ls will be fine for pve or go 4040 healer for better1v1 battles against bh/cm types. the extra line in sabers gives and adv AoE attack and +15 to gen melee accuracy. with the rest of the template he listed, this is not a waste sp.

Correction MLS/healer 4004/ME, sry. Never said it was good against MD, just stating that everyone is MD. ME is actually very good if you know how to use it. Healer 4004 will be great here soon when states actually effect us more.
