IMHO: Uber weapons should only "drop" from uber weaponsmiths.
This is killing the WS profession pretty bad.

I just looted a 650-1367 rifle last night and a pretty sweet carbine as well. All from high level bosses of course

Fact is, the only real thing us bounties want is a cool new effect to shoot you with. We've already got the uber 15 million dollar guns and several versions of each type of weapon.

Stop bumping this post... No one cares.
When pearl drops are fixed or the FRS is back you can /bump your "YAY we have content again!" post all day long, but for the love of god some of you so called "jedi" need to learn not to delight in the pain of others. Plus, even the capped stats on those weapons can be beat by a good rifle w/ pups and slices, and what is worse you did not discover any new information. That text has been on those guns since the ToOW BETA! Just calm down and go die to another BH please. Or better yet... Stop being and jerk and act like a JEDI.
This is the reason SOE should have to hand select those who unlock...

If the uber ones from Mustafar won't be better than whats out there now, then...
a) Why were you worried about them to start with?
